How We Work

Our Facilitation Approach

Every Anjung programme follows the same underlying method — a cooperative, family-led process guided by an experienced facilitator. The depth and duration change; the philosophy does not.

1. Map the Household

Families start by laying out their current picture — what comes in, what goes out, and what feels uncertain.

2. Name What Matters

Facilitated conversation helps surface priorities, areas of disagreement, and shared values — often for the first time in a structured way.

3. Build a Shared Plan

Using structured tools and worksheets, families draft a plan that reflects their actual priorities — not a generic template.

4. Review and Adjust

Longer programmes include regular review sessions so families can refine their approach as life changes.
